Meet Rob Mullins

A Proven Conservative for Fayette County

Rob Mullins is proud to call Fayette County home and is honored to serve the greatest community in the world right here. His career began as a compassionate pharmacist practicing in Washington Court House and Greenfield, where he saw firsthand the needs, strengths, and resilience of our community.

Rob’s career soon expanded into senior leadership roles, where he gained deep experience in management, collaboration, communication, strategic planning, accountability, fiscal responsibility, and operational excellence. Over the years, he led successful businesses across more than 1,200 communities in 21 states, giving him a broad understanding of how strong local leadership shapes strong local outcomes.

Rob and his family are invested in the community through service and membership with numerous local organizations including the Fayette County Farm Bureau, Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Board, Fayette EMS Board, Fayette County Public Works, Jeffersonville Masonic Lodge, Washington Shrine Club, Washington Court House Elks Lodge, Fayette County Fish & Game Association, Fayette County Medical Reserve Corps, and the OneOhio Recovery Foundation. The Mullins family worships at Sugar Grove United Methodist Church. As a member of Fayette County First Families, Rob holds a deep respect for the county’s agricultural heritage. He and his family live on their seventh-generation farm near New Martinsburg, where they raise and sell livestock. He remains committed to preserving the agricultural and small business roots that make Fayette County special.

In the November 2022 General Election, Rob was elected to be a Perry Township Trustee, where he discovered a genuine passion for helping people through public service. He brought his “get it done” leadership approach to township government and cut through long-standing issues, completing challenging projects, and improving communication with residents. In 2024, he was also elected to represent Perry Township on the Fayette County Republican Central Committee and currently serves as President of the Fayette County Township Association.

Rob is a small business owner and founder of Trusted Advice, a leadership coaching and consulting firm that helps organizations such as Ohio State's Fisher College of Business. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Agricultural Business Operations at Wilmington College, supporting the next generation of rural and agricultural leaders.
